Arrest warrants have been issued for four men in connection with the recent Rio Olympics ticketing scandal.

Officers from the Civil Police Fraud Unit in Brazil named the four men as THG Sports executives David Patrick Gilmore from Ireland, Maarten Van Os from the Netherlands, and British men Martin Studd and Marcus Evan - the owner and chairman of Ipswich Town Football Club.
