Hiqa blames poor intrastructure for hospital-acquired disease at St Vincent's

The Health Watchdog is raising concerns about the first outbreak of a hospital-acquired disease at the National Liver Transplant Unit.

It follows an unannounced inspection of St Brigid's Ward in St Vincent's Hospital last March.
