Danny Healy-Rae complains in Dáil about 'Kerry snail' problem in Cork

The Dáil has heard claims that County Kerry is being denied investment - because of a problem with snails.

Danny Healy-Rae (pictured) has said the so-called 'Kerry snail' is the reason why the main N22 between Tralee to Cork City has not been completed.
