Sinn Féin hoping to annul bin charges law in Seanad

Sinn Féin says it will bring a motion to the Seanad on Wednesday, which it hopes will annul the legislation for the new pay-by-weight bin charges.

The Upper House has the power to annul a ministerial order voted in by the Dail within 21 sitting days.
