David Mahon will not appeal conviction for Dean Fitzpatrick killing

The Central Criminal Court has heard a Dublin man who killed his stepson accepts the jury’s verdict and will not appeal his conviction.

David Mahon will have to wait until June 13 to find out what sentence he will have to serve for stabbing Dean Fitzpatrick to death.
