Irishman dies in Hawaii plane crash

The victim of a plane crash in Hawaii earlier this week has been identified as an Irishman from the Midlands.

The man is believed to have been the pilot of a plane offering sky-diving trips.

The aircraft came down on the island of Kauai on Monday.

The Department of Foreign Affairs has said it is providing consular assistance to the deceas man's family.
