Man missing for 14 years 'spotted hitchhiking to Clare'

Gardaí investigating a possible sighting of a man missing from Co Monaghan for over 14 years have today issued a formal appeal for information, writes Patrick Flynn.

Michael Anthony ‘Tony’ Lynch, from Clones Co Monaghan was last seen at 2pm on January 6, 2002.
