Update 4.50pm: Fianna Fáil leader Micheál Martin has said that he has confidence in the Garda Commissioner and is not "looking for her head".

However, Deputy Martin said that Noirin O'Sullivan needs to explain her instructions to her legal team regarding its treatment of whistleblower Maurice McCabe.
