Tánaiste will not ask Nóirín O'Sullivan to waive privilege in wake of O'Higgins report

The Tánaiste Frances Fitzgerald has ruled out asking the Garda Commissioner Nóirín O'Sullivan to reveal details of her dealings with her own legal team.

Fitzgerald has said it is not fair to ask the Commissioner to waive the privilege that anyone else would have with their lawyers.
