Woman in O'Higgins report case 'disappointed nobody has been held accountable'

A woman whose case is covered by the O'Higgins report says the commission's report has not given her any closure.

The Justice Minister published the full report yesterday, saying that victims of crime were not well served by the Garda force in the past.
