Boy, 3, from Buncrana drowns during visit to grandparents in Latvia

A three-year-old boy from Donegal has died while visiting his grandparents in Latvia.

The boy, who was from Buncrana, is understood to have drowned last week while visiting his maternal grandparents in the town of Cesis.
