Stepson twice threatened to kill murder accused, jury hears
Jurors in David Mahon’s murder trial have today heard he told gardaí that his stepson had twice threatened to kill him and once pulled a gun on him.
The 45-year-old denies stabbing Dean Fitzpatrick to death his apartment in Northern Cross, near Malahide in Dublin in May 2013.
