High Court rules detention of man found with false travel documents is lawful

The High Court has ruled that the detention of a man found in a Dublin apartment with alleged false travel documents is lawful.

Naoufal Fassih, a Dutch national of Moroccan origin, was arrested earlier this month with a fake passport, ID card and over €12,000 in cash.
