Judge dismisses job application case brought by senior UCC lecturer

The High Court has dismissed a challenge taken by a senior lecturer at UCC over the university’s failure to shortlist her for a job interview.

Joan Buckley claimed the selection process was flawed and accused one of her colleagues of bias regarding her application.
