Expert claims coastal erosion won’t affect purposed incinerator site
The building housing Indaver Ireland's waste-to-energy facility proposed for Ringaskiddy will not be impacted by coastal erosion during its lifetime, according to an expert witness for the waste management company, .
Julie Ascoop, a chartered engineer with Arup, said even after 40 years, the predicted maximum erosion does not reach the boundary fence line.
