Gardaí identify man in Dublin shooting

Update 9.45pm: Gardaí have said they have now identified a man shot in Dublin's inner city this afternoon.

It is believed the victim was not the intended target in the lunchtime shooting at the junction of Sheriff and Oriel Street.
