Heavy rain, strong winds, frost and thunderstorms - the weekend weather forecast is NOT good

The mixed weather we've had for the last few days is set to come to an end this weekend - only to be replaced by the more "plain-awful" variety.

At the moment, there are two bands of rain making their way across the country - so if it’s not raining where you are now, it probably will be later.
