Case of UCC lecturer who did not make interview shortlist back before High Court

The case of a UCC lecturer who is trying to put a stop to a round of interviews for 10 professorial positions will be back before the High Court this morning.

Dr Joan Buckley, who is the head of its Management and Marketing department, took legal action after she failed to make the shortlist.
