80% boost in sex workers in Ireland after N Ireland ban, says ex-prostitute

The number of sex workers in Ireland has increased by 80% since the Northern Ireland ban was introduced last year, a former prostitute has said.

Around 45 criminal gangs are running prostitution rackets across Ireland and into Northern Ireland, Mia de Faoite claimed.
