Leo Varadkar has attacked the Sinn Féin party on air
The Health Minister has criticised Sinn Féin's track record in Government in the North.
Leo Varadkar has said the party is trying to take jobs from the Republic and move them into the six counties.
He engaged in a war of words with Sinn Féin's Deputy leader Mary Lou McDonald during a radio debate this morning.
Leo Varadkar had some very strong views which he shared with Mary Lou over the airwaves: “Once they get into power they show their true colours.
“These are people who are fabulously wealthy, have second homes, who fly business class to Australia, who fly first class to America for treatment.
“And once they get into power what they are interested in doing is promoting the corporations and getting their taxes down.
“Whereas they want to do absolutely nothing for the people of Northern Ireland, absolutely nothing.”
