Report: Hundreds of bowel screening patients recalled by Wexford hospital

Hundreds of bowel screening patients have been recalled to Wexford General Hospital after around a dozen missed cancer diagnosis were identified, it has been reported.

It is understood that the cases included "one probable avoidable death" of a male patient, RTÉ News reported.
