Denis Naughten distributes 'Keep Safe' card in place of election postcards

An Independent TD in the West has decided use his election postcards in a completely different way.

Instead of promoting himself, Denis Naughten has decided to provide each home in his constituency with a card that will help to reduce crime, particularly against older people.
