Update (4.27pm): The Garda Ombudsman has said it is satisfied there was no Garda misconduct involved in a fatal collision in Galway today.

Update (4.04pm): The Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission has launched an investigation into a fatal road traffic collision in Co Galway earlier this morning.
