Here are the locations of the 16 new and 10 refurbished fire stations

Sixteen new fire stations will be built and another 10 refurbished over the next five years.

The programme will cost €40m.

The new stations will be in a number of counties including Galway, Cork, Cavan, Tipperary and Meath.
