Tallaght Hospital apologises for delays in A&E

Tallaght Hospital has tonight apologised to people attending their emergency department for its long waiting time.

Staff in casualty in particular are experiencing difficulties which is leading to delays in treating minor illnesses.

The hospital is appealing to people not to make any unnecessary visits and instead to go to their GP.
