Man arrested on suspicion of drink driving after death of female pedestrian

A female pedestrian has died after being hit by a car in Hartstown, Dublin in the early hours of this morning.

Two women aged in their 40s were seriously injured when they were struck by a car on Hartstown Road at around 2.40am.
