Heavy rain today, especially in these counties….

A yellow rainfall warning has been issued for Munster and Leinster, to run until about 7pm tonight.

Dublin, Carlow, Kilkenny, Wexford, Wicklow, Cork, Kerry and Waterford are likely to be worst affected, with an extra 15 to 25 mm of rain.
