Simon Community asks Ireland to turn off Christmas lights in solidarity with homeless

People are being asked to switch off Christmas lights this evening for an hour for homelessness.

It is the longest night of the year and the Simon Community is asking us to spare a thought for those who will have no roof over their heads.
