Sources: Current draft of the Banking Inquiry report has no recommendations

It is understood the latest draft of the Banking Inquiry report does not contain any recommendations at all.

Update 12.30pm: The Banking Inquiry chairman Ciaran Lynch has said the committee "owes it to the Irish people" to finish its final report into the crisis.

Deputy Lynch was speaking ahead of a meeting where members will consider more than 250 amendments to the final report.
