IFA deputy to contest presidency election and promises 'to fix the organisation'
The Deputy President of the Irish Farmers Association, Tim O’Leary, says he will contest the election for the Presidency of the organisation.
It follows the resignation of Eddie Downey as President last night amid ongoing controversy over the pay level members receive.
