Family 'paralysed with grief' since four-year-old Ciaran killed by drunk driver, court hears
The parents of a four-year-old boy who was killed after a drunk driver collided with their car has told a sentence hearing that the family is "paralysed with grief and in the depths of despair".
The Circuit Court in Portlaoise heard the victim impact statement issued by Ronan and Gillian Treacy during a sentence hearing for 40-year-old Finbarr O'Rourke.
