Most popular halloween costumes revealed by eBay

eBay has revealed its most popular Halloween costumes for this year.

The top three costumes for both men and women all take a nod from TV and film with villains proving the most popular.

In first place for women is The Harlequin, which takes inspiration from Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn character in Suicide Squad - a movie due out next year.

Miss Edward Scissorhands comes in second with a range of Zombie costumes in third place.

For men, the Morph Suit comes in first place - followed by Freddy Kreuger and The Joker third most popular.
