Man remanded after Galway arrest in connection with Wales death
A man who was arrested in Galway in connection with a homicide investigation in the UK has been remanded in custody.
Forty-year-old David Ellis (pictured) is wanted by Welsh police, who are expected to seek his extradition.
He is wanted for questioning in the UK about the murder of his landlord.
He was remanded to appear in Harristown District Court next Friday, after a special sitting of Galway District Court this morning.
