Howlin calls for voting pact with Fine Gael

The Minister for Public Expenditure Brendan Howlin has said a voting pact between Fine Gael and Labour is in the best interests of both parties.

Speaking ahead of this morning's Cabinet meeting Howlin said the two parties have proved they can tackle issues that would divide many governments.
