Charlie Flanagan calls on parties in the North to enter talks to resolve Assembly crisis
The Minister for Foreign Affairs Charlie Flanagan has challenged all five major parties in the North to begin new talks on the future of the peace process.
Flanagan has said the Government will play a fundamental role in facilitating any talks, if the parties agree to take part.
