Kelly: People who collect grant but don't pay water bill face 'penalties, and penalties, and penalties'

Minister for the Environment Alan Kelly has warned that people who claim the €100 Water Conservation Grant but do not pay their Irish Water bills will face stiff penalties.

Minister Alan Kelly said that people who put in their own wells or are members of group water schemes deserve the grant, as well as those who pay their Irish Water utility bill.
