Judge warns against emergence of 'lynch mob' as he remands man in custody

A 35-year-old man has been remanded in custody until a further bail hearing later this week - charged with assault causing harm to a man in Co Kildare at the weekend.

Paul Gill - with an address on Sarto Road in Naas - is accused of punching and kicking 58-year-old Patsy Kelly - who was moved to hospital before he died on Saturday night.
