Irish man in hospital after nightclub fight in Bulgaria

An Irish man is in a serious condition in hospital in Bulgaria following a fight at a nightclub.

A spokesperson for the club in question said that an incident happened between a tourist and another man.

Their security team reportedly brought the man to hospital for immediate aid.

The Department of Foreign Affairs have confirmed that they are providing consular assistance to the man's family.
