Denis O'Brien has hit back at The Irish Times over the paper's criticism of his legal action against the Dáil's Committee on Procedure and Privileges.

In a letter in today's paper, the businessman took issue with this week's Irish Times editorial which criticised him for - as he put it - "seeking vindication".
