Gardaí and ESB ask public to report suspicious activity near power lines

Gardaí and the ESB are asking anyone who sees suspicious activity near overhead power lines or high voltage substations to get in touch.

However, they are advising people not to approach the thieves or the electrical network, as there may be live wires.
