They carried over 80 suitcases to signify the amount of women who travel to the UK in order to access an abortion.
More than 4,000 women travel abroad for a termination every year.
Tara, an Amnesty delegate from India, said the current situation is unsatisfactory.
"We're talking about large numbers," she said.
"Since 1977, if we have more than 150,000 women, who have to undertake very undignified journeys that they are smaller, just because of the state they're in, and have to leave the country in order to do something, is wrong."
