Three arrested after high-speed chase in Dublin

Three men have been arrested after Gardaí pursued a car in south Dublin this afternoon.

Gardaí had been called to a burglary at Newbridge Avenue in Sandymount, when they followed a car.

It is understood the car crashed at South Lotts Road in Dublin 4 and three people were detained.

They are being held at Irishtown, Donnybrook and Pearse Street Garda stations.
