Our daughter's life has been destroyed forever, says father after settlement with HSE

The father of a toddler who has profound disabilities as a result of injuries sustained during her birth, has said that her life has been destroyed.

The High Court today approved an initial payment of €1.9m to three-year-old Milagros Martin, who suffered cerebral palsy at birth - which will be reviewed in three years.
