Gardaí renew appeal for help in search for missing woman Breda Delaney
Gardaí have renewed their appeal for help in finding a woman in her 70s who has been missing from her Blackrock home in Co Dublin for more than one week.
Seventy-two-year-old Breda Delaney was last seen at her home at Avondale Court, Blackrock last Saturday at 3.30am.
Breda is 5 foot 4 inches in height, of slight build with blonde/grey hair and blue eyes. She may have been wearing a black-hooded three quarter length Duffle-type coat and black gloves.
Gardaí want to speak to taxi drivers who may have been in the area of Blackrock village between the hours of 3am and 8am, and to anyone who was on the railway footbridge near the train station on Saturday morning at about 10am. The footbridge gives access to the seafront.
Breda's daughter Eimear Delaney is appealing to anyone who may have seen her to get in touch.
