Man arrested after heroin seizure in Cork

A man has been arrested after a €70,000 heroin seizure in Cork.

Gardaí recovered the drugs following the search of a house in The Glen in Cork City yesterday afternoon.

A man in his 50s was arrested at the scene and is being held at Mayfield Garda station under drug trafficking legislation.
