Man in court on attempted murder charge after running down teen at Belfast riot

A man will appear in court accused of attempted murder after a car struck pedestrians during a riot in Belfast.

A 16-year-old girl was trapped under the vehicle and police and nationalist residents moved swiftly to lift it off her. She is in a stable condition in hospital.
