Limerick city and Tipperary have the lowest proportion of high-rated energy efficiency buildings in the country.

Figures released today by the CEO show the Building Energy Ratings (BER) for each county, with Limerick and Tipperary - at 5% and 6% - having the fewest A or B rated buildings.
