Gardaí seize €115k of cannabis in Limerick

Gardaí in Limerick have seized cannabis plants with an estimated street value of €115,000.

As part of ongoing intelligence-led operations, Gardaí carried out a planned search of a house at Athlacca, Bruff yesterday afternoon.

A man in his early 20s was arrested at the scene following the discovery, and he is being detained at Bruff Garda Station.

A man arrested in connection with a drugs seizure in Bruff Co Limerick is expected to appear before Limerick District Court tomorrow morning.
