Berkeley probe: DA to bring 'all of our expertise' to bear

The District Attorney of Alameda County is to consider a case for involuntary manslaughter in the investigation into the Berkeley balcony collapse.

Nancy O'Malley confirmed last night that her office has opened a criminal investigation into the incident that killed six students and left seven more injured.
