Kenny believes Greek proposals provide a basis for discussion

The Taoiseach believes the latest proposals from Greece are a basis for discussion.

Enda Kenny made the comment as he entered a crisis summit of eurozone leaders in Brussels, who are trying to avert a Greek exit from the Euro zone.
